Ligninolytic enzymes including laccase (Lac), manganese peroxidase (Mnp), and lignin peroxidase (Lip) have attracted much attention in the degradation of contaminants. Amino acid sequence of the Lac, Mnp and Lip were showed from Aspergillus sp. TS-A.
Methods
Aspergillus sp. TS-A were cultivated in czapek–dox medium. After 48 hours, the mycelium were collected by filtration and ground. DNA fragments were obtained with a fungal gDNA extraction kit. Snapgene was used to translate it into amino acid sequence.
