Raw sequence reads for single amplified genomes (SAGs) of cell-like particles isolated from coastal seawater

Reads used to generate single-amplified genomes (SAGs) from cell-like particles isolated from coastal seawater (via flow-cytometry). These Illumina reads were [1] demultiplexed with Illumina's bcl2fastqpy program, to yield paired-end reads that were [2] quality-trimmed with Trimmomatic, then [3] interleaved.
