Alignment_datasets for Kosakyan et al. 2025 GBE

This dataset includes files associated with the study Kosakyan et al., “From rigid order to radical variation: mitogenome evolution in the main lineages of a lesser-known animal phylum (Gastrotricha)” (submitted to GBE).
Alignment files: Concatenated mitochondrial protein‑coding amino acid alignments used for phylogenetic analyses. Gene positions within each alignment are detailed in the accompanying README file. All methodological information on phylogenetic analyses is provided in the manuscript and its supplementary material.
