RNA-Seq of wild type and short telomere E12.5 PGCs

We aimed to investigate if the short telomere could have an effect on the cell fate decision in the PGCs. The E12.5 PGCs of the short telomere and wild type both in male and female.本研究旨在探究短端粒（short telomere）是否会对原始生殖细胞（Primordial Germ Cells，PGCs）的细胞命运决定产生影响。本数据集所用样本为雌雄两性短端粒组与野生型（wild type）组的胚胎发育第12.5天（E12.5）的PGCs。
