Materials Science Procedural Text Corpus is a dataset created by the Department of Materials Science and Engineering at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). It contains 230 materials synthesis procedures annotated by domain experts. The dataset uses annotated graphs to represent the semantic structure of synthesis sentences, where nodes represent synthesis operations and their type-specific parameters, and edges denote the relationships between nodes.
