Folder 0918, 0930, 1007, 1016, 1019, 1023, 1030 stored the ortho-mosaic and DEM.The folder name indicates the data collection dateEach folder contains - crop.m : matlab code to separate each plot. - dem.tif : DEM - grf_crop.mat : cropped DEM and ortho-mosaic for GRF height calculation - grf_height.txt : manual measurement of the GRF height. - height.txt : manual measurement of the plant height (in cm) in each plot. The first collumn is the plot number. 0 means no plant there. - msi.mat : ortho-mosaic of the multispectral images stored in matlab data file calculate_traits.m : matlab code to caculate maximum height, canopy cover and ndvi from ortho-mosaic and DEMget_gcp_height.m : matlab code to caculate GRF height.
