Supplementary Data and Code. Coral Metrics Estimation from Photogrammetry-Derived Polygon Data

This repository contains the data files and R workflow required to estimate coral metrics from photogrammetry-derived polygon data. The materials include the spatial files used as the analytical base, reference tables for coral polygon identification and species-specific production rates, and the script used to calculate area, live coral cover, gross carbonate production, occupancy, and species-level summary metrics.
