This essay examines the impact of the COVID-19 lockdown, focusing on the Casa da Música Foundation in Oporto, Portugal. Using contingent valuation method and an ordered probit model, researchers analyzed primary data to understand changes in willingness to pay (WTP) for concert tickets and educational services.
