German National Cohort

The German National Cohort (NAKO) has been inviting men and women aged between 20 and 69 to 18 study centers throughout Germany since 2014. The participants are medically examined and questioned about their living conditions. The NAKO’s aim is to investigate the causes of chronic diseases, such as cancer, diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, rheumatism, infectious diseases, and dementia in order to improve prevention, early diagnoses and treatment of these very widely spread diseases.

自2014年起，德国国家队列研究（NAKO）已邀请20至69岁的男性和女性参与德国境内的18个研究中心。参与者将接受医学检查并就其生活状况进行询问。GNC的研究目标在于探究诸如癌症、糖尿病、心血管疾病、风湿病、传染病和痴呆等慢性疾病的发生原因，以期提升对这些广泛传播的疾病的预防、早期诊断及治疗水平。
