FLs can regulate the transcription of a series of downstream genes. Therefore, this sequencing was devised to verify whether FL1 can associate with the chromatin of these downstream genes. Overall design: For the verification of FLs' chromatin associating ability, 10-day-old seedlings of WT, FL3-Flag grown under continuous blue light (30 µmol·m-2·s-1) were used. Anti-Flag affinity beads were used for immunoprecipitation.
