资源简介:
In this study, we successfully established a mouse model of high-fat diet (HFD)-induced obesity. Following 22 weeks of 3-hour time-restricted feeding (TRF) intervention under isocaloric conditions compared to the normal diet (CON) group, HFD-TRF mice exhibited a significant reduction in body weight and improved exercise capacity. Furthermore, this regimen reduced hepatic lipid accumulation and enhanced liver functions, including lipid metabolism and protein synthesis capacity. Concurrently, TRF improved the rhythmicity of activity-rest cycles, body temperature, glucose tolerance, and serum hormone secretion (melatonin, leptin, and insulin). Additionally, hepatic gene expression in the HFD-TRF group displayed significantly enhanced circadian rhythmicity.
