We treated liver cancer cells with vehicle, CDK4/6 inhibitor, XPO1 inhibitor and the combination. Then, RNA sequencing was conducted to quantify the mRNA expression level of vehicle-treated or CDK4/6 inhibitor, XPO1 inhibitor and the combination treated liver cancer cells. CDK4/6 inhibitor, XPO1 inhibitor and the combination induced expression changes were obtained based on the processed data. Overall design: Examination of the transcriptome changes of liver cancer cells treated with CDK4/6 inhibitor, XPO1 inhibitor or the combination.
