This study presents a comprehensive analysis aimed at elucidating the molecular features of the immune microenvironment associated with neutrophil extracellular trap (NET) pathology in lupus nephritis (LN). Despite the recognized role of NETs in LN progression, a systematic characterization of the related gene expression landscape within the kidney and its clinical implications remains insufficient. Our work addresses this gap by integrating multi-cohort transcriptomic data, advanced machine learning, and experimental validation.
