岩波講座 日本経済の歴史３ -近代１- 巻末付録データ

日本における近年のサービス産業の生産性停滞を理解するには、それ以前の時期との比較が欠かせない。このような問題意識から本プロジェクトでは、日本の産業構造とサービス産業の労働生産性、および労働生産性の決定要因について、明治期以来の長期間をカバーするデータを整備し分析を行った。このデータは、『岩波講座 日本経済の歴史』第3巻（深尾京司・中村尚史・中林真幸編、2017-18年刊）の巻末付録の一部として収録したが、今回、岩波書店、共編者の中村尚史氏・中林真幸氏、共著者の中林真幸氏、攝津斉彦氏のご了承を得て、エクセルファイルおよび各種詳細情報を掲載した「注・出典」ファイルを当メタデータ上で公開する。

To understand the stagnation in the productivity of the service industry in Japan in recent years, a comparative analysis with earlier periods is indispensable. From this awareness of the issue, this project has compiled and analyzed data covering a long-term period from the Meiji era to the present, on Japan's industrial structure, the labor productivity of the service industry, and the determinants of labor productivity. This data is included as part of the appendices of Volume 3 of 'Iwanami Lecture Series: The History of Japanese Economy' (Edited by Hideki Fukae, Naoki Nakamura, and Masamichi Nakabayashi, published in 2017-2018). However, with the consent of Iwanami Shoten, Mr. Naoki Nakamura, Mr. Masamichi Nakabayashi, and Mr. Tomohiko Atsuta, co-authors, this metadata provides access to the Excel files and various detailed information contained in the 'Notes and References' section. Detailed information regarding the methodology of data creation and the references can be found by referring to the aforementioned 'Notes and References' file.
