Sphere of Influence

The Cortese/Knox/Hertzberg Local Government Reorganization Act of 2000 (CKH Act or Act) requires Local Agency Formation Commission (LAFCO) to update Spheres of Influence (SOI) for all applicable jurisdictions within the County.
