Lime (Citrus aurantifolia (Cristm.) Swingle) is one of Citrus species. Because Bhutan is near to the birthplace of citrus, we characterized the limes grown in Bhutan.We examined the intraspecies genetic diversities among 5 Bhutanese accessions by determining the restriction site associated DNA sequences (RAD-seq) using high-throughput DNA sequencer. For comparison, we sequenced 3 accessions which were introduced from Indonesia to Japan previously.
