The aim of the study was to determine the impact of CLOCK knockdown on global gene expression. MCF7 cells were transfected with either a non-targeting siRNA oligo (negative control) or an siRNA oligo targeting CLOCK. Gene expression was measured relative to negative control, and biological replicates were included.
