Data for: Imprinting can cause a maladaptive preference for infectious conspecifics

In this file we provide the raw data from the behavioural experiment described in the paper. Data from each trial is in a separate row, and the columns are as follows: trial number; tank side infected (the side of the tank receiving the cue of infected fish); day of infection (number of days since the stimulus fish had been infected when it was used to create the cue); test fish sex; test fish length; imprinting (the imprinting treatment the fish had received); propinfected (the proportion of time the test fish spent associated with the cue of infected stimulus fish - the response variable); stimfishpair (identity of the stimulus pair); wormcount (the number of parasites on the infected stimulus fish).本文件提供了论文中所述行为实验的原始数据。每个试次（trial）的数据单独占一行，各列的含义如下：试次编号（trial number）；感染刺激所在水族箱侧（tank side infected），即放置感染鱼信号的水族箱一侧；感染天数（day of infection），即用于制作刺激信号的刺激鱼（stimulus fish）被感染后的时长；受试鱼性别（test fish sex）；受试鱼体长（test fish length）；印记处理（imprinting），即受试鱼所接受的印记处理方案；感染关联停留时长占比（propinfected），即受试鱼在感染刺激鱼信号区域停留的时间占比，为本研究的响应变量（response variable）；刺激鱼对标识（stimfishpair），即刺激鱼对的唯一标识；感染刺激鱼体表寄生虫数量（wormcount），即感染刺激鱼体表的寄生虫总数。
