针对高分子产品混合制造过程的工艺品质优化，开发基于温度、压力、进料速率等关键工艺设备参数和流变、尺寸等关键品质预测、调控与优化的软件，主要记录了挤出关键工艺参数（各温区温度、螺杆转速、主机电流、压力、计量秤喂料流量、计量秤累计重量、计量秤净重）、挤出数字孪生数据（螺杆位置、压力、机筒中材料的温度、剪切速率、混合物的黏度、停留时间、材料填充率、流量）、挤出在线品质监测（拉曼数据、近红外数据、超声数据、熔体在线测量密度、熔体在线测量组分含量）、注塑反馈数据，数据量13.15MB。Developed for optimizing process quality during the mixing and manufacturing of polymer products, this software is based on key process equipment parameters such as temperature, pressure and feed rate, and supports key quality prediction, regulation and optimization related to rheology and dimensional properties. It mainly records the following data: key extrusion process parameters including temperature of each temperature zone, screw speed, main motor current, pressure, metering scale feeding flow rate, cumulative weight and net weight of the metering scale; extrusion digital twin data including screw position, pressure, material temperature in the barrel, shear rate, mixture viscosity, residence time, material filling rate and flow rate; online extrusion quality monitoring data including Raman data, near-infrared data, ultrasonic data, in-line measured melt density and in-line measured melt component content; and injection molding feedback data. The total data volume of this dataset is 13.15 MB.
