Binelli_94 genetic map. Picea abies

Binelli_94 is an RAPD based map of Picea abies. Data for the map was obtained from Binelli and Bucci, Theor Appl Genet (1994) 88:283-288. A population of 72 megagametophytes from a single tree in Italy was used. 17 major linkage groups covering a total distance of 3584 cM, with an average spacing between markers of 22 cM were generated.
