C57BL/6 mice orally administered HemoHIM (4 weeks) before being sensitized and challenged with OVA. Spleen cells from mice were re-stimulated in vitro with OVA, and the culture supernatant was assayed for IL-4, IL-13, and IFN-γ by ELISA. Data are represented as the mean ± S.D. of five mice per group. Data represent one of the three independent experiments.**P††P†P
