LncRNAs play an important role in regulating cancer progression. We have report lncRNA HEGBC as a key regulator of tumorigenesis and metastasis of gall bladder cancer. To further illustrate the biological function of lncRNA HEGBC, we overexpressed it in GBC-SD cells. Through enrichment analysis, pathways like chemical carcinogenesis - DNA adducts, IL-17 signaling pathway, metabolism of xenobiotics by cytochrome P450, lipid and atherosclerosis and ECM-receptor interaction were enriched. Taken together, our project revealed the function of lncRNA HEGBC in gallbladder cancer progression, especially in the response to chemical carcinogens. Overall design: To reveal the biological function of lncRNA HEGBC in gallbladder cancer, we overexpressed lncRNA HEGBC in GBC-SD cells by overexpression plasmid.
