Bacteria and fungi affected by different soil treatments: soil fumigant Basamid, biofumigation using B. juncea and R. sativus and Tagetes

Replant disease soils at two sites previously planted with rose and apple were treated with onsite growing plants from B. juncea, R. sativus and Tagetes as well as soil fumigant Basamid granules. The experiment was carried out for two years under field condition. Two years after treatments, the apple rootstock plants were planted to evaluate the different effects of the treatments. Results showed that the effects of the treatments revealed by growth of the apple plants were site dependent. Therefore, investigation soil bacterial and fungal community composition, diversity and abundances affected by those different treatments were performed in this present study.
