Data and Codes for "Analysis of Solar Surface Oscillations and Energy Transport with Bispectral Electronic Thermostatistics"

This dataset contains MATLAB and Python codes used in the paper “Analysis of Solar Surface Oscillations and Energy Transport with Bispectral Electronic Thermostatistics” (submitted to The Astrophysical Journal, 2025). MATLAB scripts reproduce analytical/numerical results, as well as simulation figures (Figures 5–18). Python scripts retrieve and process observational data from SDO/AIA, SDO/HMI, and Hinode/SOT (Figures 3–4, 16). A supplementary simulation video (Figure 18) is included. Raw SDO/HMI Dopplergrams (~4 GB, 2020–2025, 40 FITS files per year) are not stored here but are publicly available from JSOC (http://jsoc.stanford.edu); example queries are provided in the Python scripts. The repository structure and instructions for reproducing figures are detailed in the included README file.
