A multi-omics approach has revealed both common and distinctive cellular and molecular signatures of inflammation and immune dysregulation that characterize distinct phenotypes of human RAG deficiency. PBMC from RAG deficiency patients and controls were processed via the 5' CITEseq technique. Samples are pooled before staining and demlutiplexed based on SNPs inferred from bulk RNAseq. CodeForUpload.zip contains the R analysis code used in the associated manuscript, which describes the analysis of the submitted data. CountsH5mat.tar.gz is the cellranger counts output files for the Feature Barcode and mRNA tag libraries. There are 12 counts h5 files within the tar archive, which correspond to the 12 'csp-' and 'rna5p-' libraries in order.
