Dataset for figures in From the Basin to the Beach: Shoaling Solitons on an Isolated Tropical Reef

The zipped file (ISW data.rar) contains all the observational data or corresponding analyzed data used to create Figures 1 through 8 in the article: From the Basin to the Beach: Shoaling Solitons on an Isolated Tropical Reef. The data format is standard Matlab .mat for Fig1_data, Fig2_data, Fig3_data, Fig4_data, Fig5_data, Fig6_data, Fig7_DTS_data, and Fig7_T_ADCP_data, and is text file for Fig8_300m_19C_data and Fig8_500m_19C_data.
