We report the analysis of RNA sequencing aimed at understanding senescence induction in this tumor model and the composition of the tumor microenvironment. Overall design: 5*10^6 ID8 cells were injected IP in 24 mice. After 1 month, 6 mice receive vehicle (PBS), 6 mice receive cisplatin (4mg/kg) for one week, 4 mice receive vehicle (PBS), 6 mice receive cisplatin (4mg/kg) for two weeks.
