Prophylactic Treatment by Tailocins Prevents Plant Infection

Files containing a roadmap to creating the Receptor binding protein deletion mutant (DBL1424) as well as the in cis complement strain (DBL1701) and a Breseq output file showing genotypes for these strains compared to the USA011R genome. Also included are .fasta files for each of the constructs, as well as unmodified primary pictures underlying figures in the manuscript.I also include an overlay picture showing activity (or lack thereof) of tailocin preparations (supernatant and PEG prepared) against a suite Pseudomonas syringae pv. syringae B728a (aka DAB2). A white box indicates preparations from P. aeruginosa PAO1.Lastly, I include an unaltered picture showing the retest of tailocin sensitivity from colonies of PsyB728a that grew on plants despite treatment with supernatants containing tailocins that work against this strain.
