Data and code repository for Epilepsia submission: Dynamic limbic–executive decoupling underpins the reciprocal link between pharmacoresistance and depression in temporal lobe epilepsy

This repository includes a README.md file that provides an overview of the shared folders and files, lists the main software dependencies, and outlines the key steps required to reproduce the primary post-processing analyses reported in the manuscript. The repository contains de-identified processed data and custom scripts supporting the manuscript, "Dynamic limbic-executive decoupling underpins the reciprocal link between drug-resistant state and depression in temporal lobe epilepsy." The shared materials are organized into data and scripts directories and are intended primarily to support reproduction of the main dynamic integration, non-negative matrix factorization (NMF), and spatial and gene-related analyses. Raw MRI data are not included due to ethical and privacy restrictions.
