Chlorophyll, FDOM and backscatter from ROV survey PS122/4_48-4 on 2020-07-21, survey 1@en

Fluorometric data on chlorophyll a concentration, Fluorescent Dissolved Organic Matter (FDOM) concentration, and optical backscatter were measured by a triplet fluorometer (ECO-Puck BBFL2SSC, Wetlabs) attached to a remotely operated vehicle (ROV) during the Multidisciplinary drifting Observatory for the Study of Arctic Climate (MOSAiC) expedition between November 2019 and September 2020. Data use manufacturer calibration.本数据集包含叶绿素a浓度、荧光溶解有机物（Fluorescent Dissolved Organic Matter, FDOM）浓度以及光学后向散射的荧光光度数据。上述数据由搭载于遥控水下机器人（Remotely Operated Vehicle, ROV）的三通道荧光计（triplet fluorometer，型号ECO-Puck BBFL2SSC，Wetlabs公司制造）采集，采集时段为2019年11月至2020年9月的北极气候研究多学科漂流观测站（Multidisciplinary drifting Observatory for the Study of Arctic Climate, MOSAiC）考察航次期间。所有数据均采用制造商提供的校准参数进行校准。
