Replication Data for: Providing information on preventive behaviors during the COVID-19 pandemic: Framing effects of emphasis levels and forms of information

This study examines the impact of COVID-19 pandemic-related information provided by governors on individual preventive behaviors. Survey data were collected through an Internet research firm in Japan between August 25 and September 1, 2020. A total of 4,397 responses were collected in proportion to the distribution of the population by gender and age in the six prefectures of the Kansai region of Japan.
