Two men are visible in the second wagon, which is also filled with barrels and other miscellaneous items. Sand and desert bushes are visible in the foreground, while mountains are visible in the background. Seems to be associated with others that are identified with the King's River in Fresno County, and possibly involved in a railroad right of way war.
