MO2 data calculated in LabChart Reader v8.1

These data include the MO2 data for experiments estimating MMR at various PO2s including normoxia, SMR, and Pcrit from the 2018 ("Ken" in the file name), 2019 ("Fran" in the file name), and 2020 respirometry experiments. Data are in .csv format. <br> Data files include other important data columns: respirometer used, date of experiment, fish body mass, fish identity, respirometer volume, experiment type, PO2 in percent air saturation and torr, MO2 in micromoles O2 per second. "sel_start", "sel_end", and "sel_duration" refer to LabChart Reader v8.1 data selection functions which were used to estimate MO2 using the "average slope" function for a selected segment of data. Notes are from the lab notebooks used during experiments, and chase duration refers to the duration of the exhaustive chase used to elicit MMR.
