The file module_bl_smascatke.F contains the main code of the improved HTMC correction factor, which is coupled to WRF-Chem and used by EXP. It is located in the phys/ directory and called by module_bl_boulac.F.5. Timeseires_Data.xlse contains the OBS and simulation values of the key met and environmental variables in the study.6. The file module_bl_boulac_original.F is the official WRF-Chem v4.3.2 script of the BouLac boundary layer scheme.7. Based on the official script, the file module_bl_boulac_htmc.F is the modified version in which we implemented the HTMC correction within the BouLac boundary layer scheme. The HTMC correction factor(smascatke) is called in the subroutine tke_bougeault, which computes the source and sink terms of the TKE equation (i.e., shear, buoyancy, and dissipation).
