Input Files for Synthetic Low-Voltage Distribution Grid Generation using GridCreator

Difference to previous version: mastr_values_per_plz.csv now contains additional column "Solar_Capacity_Relative_Anteil" to allow for change in distribution of PV units in GridCreator. 

This dataset contains the necessary input files to create synthetic yet realistic low-voltage distribution grids for German grid areas using the open-source GridCreator Toolbox (INATECH-CIG/GridCreator: Automatically generate distribution networks based on open data).
