Purpose: Next-generation sequencing (NGS) has revolutionized systems-based analysis of cellular pathways. The goals of this study are to explore CUT-TAG results for H3K27ac in AML cell lines. Overall design: 1 Kasumi-1 sample with no treatment and 1 Kasumi-1 sample with ANP32B knockdown, 1 MV4-11 sample with no treatment and 1 MV4-11 sample with ANP32B knockdown
