The dataset contains the input files required to reproduce the inflow evaluations presented inBracken, C., Son, Y., Tidwell, V., and Voisin, N., A real-time reserervoir inflow forecast evaluation framework. (in prep). obs_24h.csv: observed inflow and 24-hour lag data, corresponding to facility locations, which are back-calculated from changes in forebay elevations and smoothed with a triangular window function forecasts_{HH}h.csv: forecasted inflow data, corresponding to facility locations and vendor identifiers (A or B), which are merged with observed inflow and HH-hour lag data (e.g., obs_24h.csv) targets_{HH}h.csv: in-house forecasted inflow data from Great River Hydro (GRH), which are merged with observed inflow and HH-hour lag data (e.g., obs_24h.csv) The codes are provided in the GitHub repository at https://github.com/HydroWIRES-PNNL/inflow-forecast-evaluation.
