Microbial community in Vitis vinifera plant compartments (e.g. bark, wood, grape, leaf) including manipulation experiments (e.g. different managements) and sampling of the surrounding environment (e.g. soil). Amplicon sequencing (metabarcoding) strategy. 16S for prokaryotes and ITS2 for fungi was amplified using genomic DNA extracted from wood, bark, leaf and bunch surfaces, grass or soil. Management options are: conventional vs. organic, or manipulation of the canopy.
