资源简介:

OPV-DB is a literature-derived data resource linking organic photovoltaic device performance with material identities, molecular representations, device architectures, and preparation conditions. It supports the exploration of material–device relationships and data-driven research on organic photovoltaics. Version 2.0.0 contains a primary collection of 32,778 standard-binary observations from 7,360 source DOIs, a supplementary ternary collection of 2,588 observations from 461 DOIs, and an indoor-photovoltaic collection of 1,678 observations from 166 DOIs. Literature collection primarily targeted binary devices; the ternary and indoor collections provide complementary observations with partial literature coverage. The binary table retains the 37-field schema of version 1.1.0. A linked supplementary table provides additional preparation, measurement, statistical, and source information. Two nested binary subsets contain 27,863 records meeting the documented performance-consistency criteria and 19,302 records additionally containing both donor and acceptor SMILES. A separate reference table provides 4,988 material entries. The ternary and indoor tables preserve material names, component roles, and measurement conditions without assigning SMILES solely through name matching. Reported performance values retain their recorded statistical meaning, with mean, best/champion, and unspecified statistics distinguished where supported by the sources. Source DOIs and available table or passage locations support traceability. The archive contains seven CSV data tables, a field dictionary, subset-selection rules, documentation, citation metadata, and license and attribution information. Compared with version 1.1.0, this release clarifies the binary-device scope, separates specialist collections, and refines repeated observations. The collections can overlap and should not be summed as independent experiments. The dataset is distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International license. Third-party material-reference attribution is included in the archive.
