The goals of this study is to find effect of overexpression-TFEB in prostate cancer cell (DU145 cell line). To further explore the potential molecular mechanisms of how TFEN affects cancer cell growth and metastasis, we upregulated TFEB expression in DU145 cells which showed relatively low TFEB expression, and then performed the RNA-seq in DU145-TFEB and DU145-Vector cells.
