Native and commercial arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi induce distinct temporal regulation of nutrient transporter and water stress-related genes in Cocos nucifera

This dataset contains RT-qPCR expression data, colonization measurements, and correlation input data associated with the manuscript entitled "Native and commercial arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi induce distinct temporal regulation of nutrient transporter and water stress-related genes in Cocos nucifera". The dataset includes: Individual RT-qPCR biological replicates used for statistical analyses. Mean gene expression and colonization values used for Spearman correlation analyses and heatmap generation. Metadata describing variables, experimental design, and data structure. Species: Cocos nucifera L. Treatments: Native_AMF and Commercial_AMF. Sampling times: 15, 30, 60, 90, and 180 days post inoculation (dpi). Gene expression values were calculated using the 2^-ΔΔCt method with 18S rRNA as the reference gene. Non-inoculated control plants were used exclusively as calibrators and were not included in statistical comparisons or correlation analyses.
