Representative ASV Sequences Generated with DADA2 in QIIME 2: Characterization of Fungal Communities in Puerto Rican Caves Using ITS Sequencing

This FASTA file contains the Amplicon Sequence Variants (ASVs) obtained after denoising using the DADA2 plugin (v.1.30.0)  in QIIME 2 (amplicon-2024.10). These ASVs represent high-quality sequences from fungal communities found in guano-enriched soil collected from seven caves around the Puerto Rican Karst.
