Minutes of Meeting: Document Delivery and Resource Sharing Section, 17 August, 2025

The seventeenth meeting of the Regional Council 2023-2025 was held physically on 16 August 2025 during WLIC 2025, in Astana, Kazakhstan. Items discussed during this meeting include a video-welcome by the Regional Council Chair, followed by updates from Regional Division Committee Chairs, President, Secretary General, Professional Council Chair and Headquarters. Additionally, the Regional Council's Vice-Chair presented the summary of the work of the Regional Council as also presented to the Governing Board. The handover process and handover materials to the next Regional Council and Division Committees were discussed. Other matters discussed were the results of the Regional Professional and Advocacy Priorities Surveys, a final update on progress towards the Regional Council Action Plan, and a communications update.
