As it turns out, circular RNAs (circRNAs) play a key role in various types of tumor progression, and they typically serve as sponges for microRNAs (miRNAs) to regulate the expression of downstream genes. However, the specific function and mechanism of circRNAs in human clear cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC) requires further study.Previous studies have proved that circSOD2 is up-regulated in ccRCC and plays a role in promoting tumor progression.In order to clearly verify the potential downstream miRNAs of circSOD2, 4 circSOD2-sh ccRCC cell samples and corresponding negative control samples were prepared, and miRNA sequencing was performed.
