Bangladesh Thalassemia Dataset

This dataset comprises comprehensive clinical, laboratory, socioeconomic, and mental health data for 617 thalassemia patients treated at a major diagnostic center (LABAID LTD., Pabna, Bangladesh). The data were collected through face-to-face interviews and medical records from March to June 2025. It includes 23 variables covering demographics (age, gender, residence, education, income), treatment history (transfusion frequency, iron chelation therapy, splenectomy status), laboratory results (hemoglobin levels, serum ferritin, RBC indices), and self-reported mental health.
