Ambidextrous Leadership and Ambidextrous Performance

This study selected the four state-owned mainstream media industries in Chongqing Municipality as the research targets, including the network media industry, the newspaper industry, the publishing industry, and the radio and television industry. Exactly 1,300 questionnaires were issued, with approximately 325 in each industry. In order to study the ambidextrous media professionals more specifically and promote the convergence development of the media industry, the samples are specifically targeted at the professional practitioners who are responsible for the design, operation, planning, production, and popularization, such as editors, journalists, news hosts, producers, designers, etc. A convenience sampling method was adopted.
