Data and code for "Estimating Urban Stormwater Runoff Where Rainfall Observations Are Sparse: An Explainable Machine Learning Approach Using Cellular Network Signals"

This release includes: Processed CML data. An example Python script for sub-catchment A: Model training, evaluation and SHAP-based model interpretation. The workflow is demonstrated for sub-catchment A and can be adapted to the other sub-catchments by replacing the corresponding input datasets and adjusting the number of CML groups and time steps where necessary.
