Data on Shared stress to create social bonds in Merino sheep

This study aimed to look social proximity between individuals under stress treatment compared to control group. For this purpose, GNSS positional data of small group of sheep (10 sheep x 5 test cohorts) located in a paddock for 4 study days was collected. The social proximity between individuals we estimated and the social distance of different group (stress vs control (familiar and non-familiar)) was compared. A document was uploaded with data- describing how the data was collected, details of each file- column and the method and software that used to analyse the data.

本研究旨在对比接受应激处理组与对照组个体间的社会亲近度。为此，本研究采集了饲养于围场中的10只绵羊×5个试验组的全球导航卫星系统（GNSS）定位数据，数据采集周期为4个研究日。研究人员对个体间的社会亲近度进行了估算，并对比了不同组别（应激组、对照组，其中对照组分为熟悉组与非熟悉组）的社会距离差异。本次上传的文档详细说明了数据采集流程、各文件的列字段信息，以及数据分析所采用的方法与软件。
