Raw and source data for "Characterization of silk-like materials from larval salivary glands of the dipteran, Keroplatus testaceus"

This Zenodo repository contains all raw and source data associated with our study, including datasets generated from transcriptomic, proteomic, FTIR, mechanical measurments and expression analyses. The repository also includes supplementary materials used in the manuscript, together with a supplementary video documenting larval feeding behavior on fungal material.

All files are organized according to analysis type and are provided to support reproducibility and reuse of the data presented in this study.

This dataset contains also raw RNA-seq reads generated from the transcriptome of Keroplatus testaceus. The data are provided as unprocessed sequencing reads and are intended for transcriptome assembly, gene expression analysis, and comparative genomic or evolutionary studies. No filtering, trimming, or annotation has been applied.
