Tumor specimen samples from the multi-site, international, phase I advanced solid tumor ETC-159 clinical trial (NCT02521844, A*STAR Research Entities, Singapore), were analyzed using the PanCancer IO panel PanCancer IO panel (NS_CANCERIMMUNE_) contains immune genes including cytokines, chemokines, myeloid cells, T-, B-, and NK-cells, and genes associated with antigen processing. Pre and post ETC-159 (PORCN inhibitor) samples were taken from Patient 1 (colorectal cancer with RSPO fusion) and Patient 2 (presumed cholangiocarcinoma)
